**COVID-19 UPDATE**
Alongside our previous cleaning methods, our equipment and staff will adhere to the strictest sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our clients.
1. All frequently touched surfaces and materials such as bubbles/pinnies/knee pads are cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking. Bubbles are cleaned with sanitizing wipes by our staff before the event.
2. Players will be limited to one bubble per person whenever possible. Each bubble is labeled to prevent sharing.
3. Physical distancing will be implemented between the employees and clients during all bookings. Employees are fully vaccinated.

PRICING
FULL SERVICE RENTAL PACKAGE
$30 per bubble per hour + 50% OFF every hour after
Pick the number of bubbles you need for your party and let us know how long you want to rent us for!
Example: $30/bubble per hour x 10 bubbles = $300/hour + tax
(Any extra bubble rented over 12 bubbles is free of charge)
Larger parties can request to rent up to 16 bubbles (subject to availability)

*Most groups of under 15 players are satisfied with 1 hour to 1.5 hours of play time.

REQUIREMENTS & FAQ
Minimum bubbles per group: 8.
Maximum bubbles per group: 12.
Extra bubbles available for larger parties. (Up to 16) subject to availability.
8-10 bubbles
(Recommended for 8-20 players)
10-12 bubbles
(Recommended for 10-24 players)
12-16 bubbles
(Recommended for 12-32 players)
BC Bubble Ball provides 1-2 trained referees to a location of your choosing. The referees will inflate/deflate the bubbles. They will host and supervise a variety of fun team games for you and your group.
Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis. Please feel free to reach out if you have any potential time or date in mind.
Our bubbles are available for participants 1.2 meters (4ft 2in) tall all the way to adults. Ages 9 & up.
Outdoor bubble ball is weather dependant.
Bubble ball is best enjoyed on a dry day.
If the weather does not cooperate on the day of the game we must reschedule or cancel your game free of charge.
We can wait until 3 hours before your start time to make a final call on weather.
We can only play outdoors on a dry field with no rain.
(Bubble ball is not fun or safe in the rain)
Bubble ball is only recommended to participants who are comfortable playing sports, feel comfortable standing up with their bubble on, and also laughing until their abs hurt :)
Included in your bubble ball package is high-quality DSLR photography and HD video with action shots of your game + a group photo at the end. These photos are sent to your provided email after the game.
BC Bubble Ball can travel to you! However, we do charge a travel fee based on the distance from our office in Kitsilano Vancouver.

Each player MUST sign a liability waiver before entering their bubble. Waivers can also be sent to your email to be signed before the game. You can also download our waiver off of our website.
Players must wear comfortable and loose sports attire with running shoes when playing. Any sensitive objects such as cellphones/wallets/jewelry must be kept to the side. Bringing some water and stretching before the game is also recommended.
Booking time can be made or added in 15-minute increments.
Example: You can rent us for 1 hour 45 minutes or 2 hours 15 minutes etc.
Payment required after play.
Participants must supply and pay for any indoor venue they choose. We work with several indoor locations around the Lower Mainland, please feel free to reach out if you need suggestions or help booking an indoor venue for your party.

Medium-sized bluetooth music player can also be provided free of charge for your event if desired.
Comfortable volleyball style knee pads are provided in the package for all players.
A 10' x 10' pop up tent can be included in rental upon request.
